We deliver across all seven emirates. What you pay depends on the delivery method you choose, where you are and the value of your order — never on how much your order weighs.
What delivery costs
Every price on this page includes VAT, and it is the amount you pay. Delivery is free on orders of AED 120 or more on our standard methods, and on orders of AED 250 or more on our two fastest Dubai methods.
Above AED 2,000, delivery is free on every method — including fishing rods and their packing, and however many parcels your order needs.

When each method is available
Some methods depend on the time you order, in Dubai time. If a method you expected is not offered at checkout, this table is usually the reason.

On a public holiday we do not deliver, and delivery resumes two days after the holiday ends. The checkout tells you the date. Our fishing rod services have no cut-off time and can be ordered at any hour.
Fishing rods travel differently
Rods go in a protective tube on their own service, so they are priced separately: AED 10 delivery plus AED 10 for each rod. Two rods is AED 30, three is AED 40. An extra AED 10 per rod for protective packaging, so the rod travels safely.

Rods are not included in the AED 120 and AED 250 free-delivery thresholds — but above AED 2,000 they are free like everything else, packing included.
If your order has a rod and other items, you choose how it arrives. Take everything together in one parcel on the rod service, or take the other items at their normal speed and let the rod follow separately. It is one delivery charge either way, and the checkout shows you both options with their prices.
Remote areas
We deliver everywhere in the UAE, including 148 remote areas across all eight emirate groups. Remote delivery costs the same as our standard methods and is free on the same AED 120 threshold — only the timing differs, usually 5-6 days instead of two.
Whether an address is remote is decided by the city and emirate you select at checkout, so please choose them from the lists rather than typing an address that looks close.
Choosing your own delivery date
Scheduled Delivery lets you pick the day. Dates start 2 days after you order and public holidays are skipped. Deliveries arrive between 9:00am - 10:00pm on the day you choose — we cannot narrow it further, because that is the window our delivery partner commits to.
Paying for your order
Cash on delivery is available today, and the courier collects payment at your door. A handling fee of AED 5 is added to your order, shown at checkout before you confirm. It is not counted towards the free-delivery thresholds above.

A few things worth knowing
- Same Day and Next Day after Cutoff are Dubai only, and neither carries fishing rods or our larger luggage and trolley bags.
- Delivery is priced per order and per method — nothing on this store is priced by weight.
- If your order contains items that travel differently, the checkout will show you the choice rather than deciding for you.
