The Ripple Fisher Ultimo 80MH Nano is a powerful and versatile offshore casting rod developed for targeting Giant Trevally. Combining an 8-foot length with a strong PE8-class blank, it is suitable for long-range casting with diving stickbaits, small to medium cup-faced poppers and diving poppers.
Built with NANOALLOY® blank technology, the rod delivers the lifting strength and responsiveness required for fighting large, powerful fish. Its stronger rod setting is best suited to experienced anglers with the physical strength needed to fully utilize its power during demanding GT battles.
The Regular Fast action provides a controlled balance of casting performance, lure manipulation and fish-fighting strength. It is particularly effective for shallow-water GT fishing, where long casts and immediate pressure are required to prevent fish from reaching rocks or underwater structure.
Fuji SiC Ocean Guides, a Fuji DPS20 uplocking reel seat and a reinforced BRC grip end complete this heavy-duty offshore casting setup.
