The lure features a tough ABS resin body combined with thru-wire construction, heavy-duty split rings, and 3X strong treble hooks to withstand hard strikes and demanding trolling conditions. Its tight-wiggle deep-diving action allows the lure to run consistently while trolling. The Hydro Magnum is designed to be fished using a crimp, loop knot, cable, or single-strand wire so the lure has enough freedom to swim correctly. The lure can be trolled at approximately 4–9 knots and is designed to run true straight out of the package without requiring tuning.
