Privacy Policy

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ARBAFOX LLC FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
• Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
• Country refers to: United Arab Emirates.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• Website refers to Arbafox, accessible from https://arbafox.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Email address
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
• Usage Data

We do not see or store payment card or bank account details. When You pay by card, the card details go into a form provided by Stripe and travel to Stripe directly, never through our systems; when You pay through Tabby, Tabby collects what it needs on its own pages; when You pay cash on delivery, the courier collects it at Your door. We never ask You for a bank account number or an identity document. What each payment provider receives is set out under Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data below.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

You can sign in with Google. An account on this store is created either with an email address and a password, or with a Google account, by pressing Continue with Google on the sign-in or registration page. When You do, Google asks You to confirm that You want to share Your name, Your email address and Your profile picture with Arbafox, and then tells us those three things together with an identifier for Your Google account. We keep the identifier so that We can recognise You the next time You sign in with Google, and We use the name and the email address to create Your account or to find it. We never receive Your Google password, and We do not read Your contacts, Your calendar, Your files, Your activity or anything else from Your Google account.

If the email address Google confirms to us already belongs to an Arbafox account created with a password, the Google sign-in is joined to that account, because Google has verified that the address is Yours. From then on You can sign in either way. You can withdrawArbafox's access to Your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; Your Arbafox account and Your orders remain, and if the account has a password You can still sign in with it. We do not connect to Facebook, Instagram, X or LinkedIn, and there is no other social sign-in.

We use Cookies to make the store work, and we also use a small number of measurement and advertising tools run by other companies, which set their own Cookies in Your browser. Both kinds are listed here, so You can see exactly what is on this site.

A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. Cookies can be "Persistent" or "Session" Cookies: Persistent Cookies remain on Your computer or mobile device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent — but the Cookies below are the ones the store needs to work, so if You refuse them You will not be able to use parts of our Service, including the cart and Your account.

These are the Cookies we set ourselves, and every one of them is needed to run the store:

• Your cart. Remembers which basket belongs to this browser, so what You put in it is still there when You come back to check out.
• Staying signed in. Holds the token that keeps You signed in to Your account, and expires on its own so You are not left signed in indefinitely.
• Finishing registration. Holds the details You typed while You go to Your inbox to confirm Your email address, and is discarded as soon as the account is created.
• A technical identifier. Lets our servers serve You the right cached pages. It identifies a browsing session, not a person, and carries no personal data.

They are all first-party Cookies, administered by Us, and no other company can read them. Three of the four cannot be read by scripts running in the page at all.

Cookies set by the tools of other companies. The store also loads Google Tag Manager (Google LLC), which runs Google Ads conversion measurement and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), and it loads the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and the ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel (OpenAI). Measured on our own pages, these place the following Cookies in Your browser: _gcl_au (Google Ads, about three months), _fbp (Meta, about three months), _clck (Microsoft Clarity, a year), _clsk (Microsoft Clarity, a day), __obref (OpenAI, a year) and __oppref (OpenAI, 30 days, set only when You arrive from one of our advertisements in ChatGPT), together with Cookies on those companies' own domains (MUID, MR, SM, ANONCHK, CLID and SRM_B for Microsoft, fr for Meta). What each tool receives, and why, is set out under Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data below. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views for Us without setting any Cookie.

These tools load when You arrive. The store does not currently show a cookie banner or ask for Your consent before loading them. You can stop them by blocking third-party Cookies in Your browser, by using a content blocker, or through the advertising controls Google and Meta offer (see below); the store itself keeps working without them. Our Cookies Policy lists every Cookie with its lifetime.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and evaluating and improving our Service, products, services and your experience.

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers in order to run the Service — for example to deliver Your order, or to contact You about it.
• For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
• With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
• With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.
• With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

We do not sell Your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers. The measurement and advertising tools named under Detailed Information below receive information about Your visit, and only what is described there.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

You may update or amend Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account. Account → Profile holds Your name, email address, phone number and billing address, and Account → Addresses holds the delivery addresses You use at checkout. To have Your account and the Personal Data we hold about You deleted, or to ask for a copy of it, contact Us on any of the channels under Contact Us below — we will act on a request that arrives by email, by phone, by WhatsApp or by post.

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Business Transactions. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement. Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Other legal requirements. The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation
• Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• Protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public
• Protect against legal liability

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data, and they process it in accordance with their own Privacy Policies. The list below is short because the store currently runs on very few of them, and we would rather tell you exactly what is in use than describe everything a store of this kind could use.

Measurement and analytics. We use Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) to load our measurement tags, Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to see how the pages of the store are used — which controls are pressed, how far a page is scrolled and where a visit runs into trouble — and Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to count page views and loading times without Cookies. These tools receive the pages You visit, the products You look at, and technical details such as Your browser, Your screen size and an approximate location derived from Your IP address. Their own privacy notices apply: Google at https://policies.google.com/privacy, Microsoft at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement and Cloudflare at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

Advertising measurement and remarketing. Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC) tells Google when a visit that started from one of our advertisements leads to an order, so We can measure our advertising. The Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) does the same for Facebook and Instagram, and allows Meta to show our advertisements to people who have visited this store. Both receive the pages and products You view, the moment You begin the checkout and the moment You place an order, with the order value, the currency and an order reference, together with the identifier held in their own Cookie. You can opt out of personalised advertising at https://adssettings.google.com and in Meta's Ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences, and blocking third-party Cookies in Your browser stops both tools. Meta's privacy policy is at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

ChatGPT advertising. The ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel (OpenAI) tells OpenAI which visits to this store came from our advertisements in ChatGPT, and which of them led to an order, so We can measure our advertising. It receives the address of the pages You visit, the products You look at and technical details such as Your browser and Your IP address; when You add a product to Your cart or begin the checkout it also receives those products and their value, and when You place an order, the order number, the order value and currency, and the products in the order. It places the two Cookies named above, and at the checkout the values of those two Cookies are saved with Your order. Our own server also sends each order to OpenAI directly, with the same details and those two values, so that an order is counted once even when a content blocker stopped the pixel. With each order it also sends Your email address and phone number in hashed form: scrambled one way (SHA-256), so that they cannot be read, and OpenAI can recognise them only if they already belong to one of its own users. This lets an order be matched to one of our advertisements when the ad and the order were on different devices. Blocking third-party Cookies or using a content blocker stops the pixel in Your browser, but not this report of an order. OpenAI's privacy policy is at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Sign in with Google. Google LLC provides the Google sign-in described under Information from Third-Party Social Media Services above. When You use it, Google learns that You are signing in to this store and which page of the store You return to, and We receive Your name, Your email address, Your profile picture and an identifier for Your Google account, nothing more. Google's privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and the access You granted is listed, and can be removed, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google Preferred Sources. The footer of the store shows Google's Add to Preferred Sources button (Google LLC). Its script is loaded from Google only when the footer comes into view, and Google then receives the address of the page You are on and technical details such as Your browser and Your IP address. It places no Cookies on this store. If You press the button, You continue on Google's own page, where You can choose to see Arbafox more often in Google Search; that choice is kept by Google, in Your Google account, and can be undone there. Trustpilot. The footer of the store shows Trustpilot's Review us on Trustpilot button (Trustpilot A/S). Its script is loaded from Trustpilot only when the footer comes into view, and Trustpilot then receives the address of the page You are on and technical details such as Your browser and Your IP address, and counts that its button was shown. It places no Cookies on this store. If You press the button, You continue on Trustpilot's own site, where Trustpilot's terms apply to any review You write. Tabby's instalment line. Product pages, the basket and the Tabby option at checkout show Tabby's own line saying what the amount would cost in instalments. Its script is loaded from Tabby on those pages only, and Tabby then receives the amount shown, the address, title and referring address of the page You are on, and technical details such as Your browser, its language and time zone, and Your IP address, and counts that its line was shown or opened. It places one Cookie on this store, xxx111otrckid, a random identifier that lasts until You close Your browser. Tabby's privacy policy is published on tabby.ai.

Email Marketing. We may use Your Personal Data to contact You with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to You. If You give us Your address in the Subscribe box, or ask us to let You know when a product becomes available, that address is recorded on our own systems — we have not connected a third-party email marketing service, and no marketing email is being sent at present. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from Us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email We send, or by contacting Us.

Payments. You can pay in cash to the courier when Your order is delivered, by debit or credit card, or in instalments through Tabby. Card payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates): Your card details are entered into a form that Stripe provides and go to Stripe directly, so We never see or store them; Stripe receives the payment amount and the details needed to process and protect the payment. Tabby receives Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and the items and amount of Your order, in order to decide whether to offer You instalments and to collect them; anything You give Tabby on its own pages, such as a date of birth, goes to Tabby and not to Us. Cash on delivery involves no payment provider. Stripe's privacy policy is at https://stripe.com/privacy and Tabby's is published on tabby.ai.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
