About this product
The Ahi USA Live Deception Cedar Plug combines traditional cedar plug construction with modern baitfish graphics for effective offshore trolling. Each lure is made from natural cedar wood and uses advanced laser printing technology to apply realistic baitfish imagery directly onto the plug body. The finish is designed to resist chipping and peeling, helping the lure maintain its appearance through repeated offshore use. The plug is hand balanced for consistent trolling performance and features a notched tail that helps position the hook correctly for a solid hook set. Each Single model comes ready to fish with a 150 lb fluorocarbon leader and a 10/0 Mustad hook. The 6-inch Live Deception Cedar Plug is particularly suited to tuna trolling, while also being effective for Dorado, Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowtail, and other predatory offshore species. Available in Anchovy, Blue Mackerel, Green Mackerel, Mahi-Mahi, and Sardine patterns.
