About this product
The Owner JS-43 Jigger Heavy Tuna Assist (No. 12367) is purpose-built for targeting powerful tuna with hard, thick mouth structures. OWNER designed the hook specifically to deliver strong penetration into tough jaw areas while maintaining the durability required for prolonged, high-drag fights. Its rounded bend promotes deeper penetration and dependable hook holding. The long Zylon assist cord helps the hook travel deeper into the fish's mouth when inhaled, improving the chance of a secure hook-up. A strong #7.5 solid ring provides the connection point to the jigging setup. The hook also features OWNER's SW Magic Fusso fluorine treatment for smooth penetration and enhanced corrosion resistance. Designed for tuna approximately 20–100 kg, the JS-43 is recommended for PE 4–8 tackle and approximately 7–15 kg drag settings.
