The American Fishing Wire Surflon Micro Supreme is a premium leader wire made from 49 individual stainless-steel strands in a 7×7 construction. Its miniature multi-strand design provides exceptional flexibility and kink resistance while remaining smaller in diameter than many conventional leader materials of similar breaking strength. The supple construction allows live and artificial baits to move naturally in the water, making it particularly useful when targeting leader-shy fish. Surflon Micro Supreme has very low stretch and high sensitivity, helping anglers detect strikes and set hooks quickly and accurately. The leader can be attached using common monofilament-style knots such as the Albright Knot, Clinch Knot, Nail Knot, Perfection Loop, Surgeon's Loop, and Uni-Knot.
