About this product
The American Fishing Wire Titanium Tooth Proof Leader Kit is designed for anglers who want to build custom leaders for powerful, toothy predatory fish. The kit uses AFW's single-strand titanium alloy leader wire, engineered to combine high strength with exceptional flexibility and kink resistance. Its super-elastic properties allow the wire to stretch under a strong strike and then recover during the hook set. The Black Oxide finish provides a low-profile appearance in the water, while the included black stainless-steel sleeves and black shrink tubing allow anglers to create clean, secure leader connections. Each kit contains 25 ft / 7.6 m of Titanium Tooth Proof wire, 25 stainless black sleeves, and 25 pieces of black shrink tubing. Available in 30 lb and 50 lb strengths.
